Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed after your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
It must also be in the original packaging

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer
It is not possible to return, exchange or refund:
- in the event that the product shows obvious signs of wear, stitching or various damages
- Any item not in its original condition or having damaged or missing parts
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

In the event that you do not receive the item within the 30 days established at the time of purchase, contact us, we will offer you:
- Partial refund of the item
- Immediate order cancellation and full refund
- Shipping discount in case of cash on delivery purchase

Once we have received your package back and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically via the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3-5 working days

Remember to take care of it and package it carefully as you received it
