How long does shipping take?
We guarantee delivery of the purchased product in a maximum of 72 hours.
24 hours for 90% of Italian territory
48 hours for 5% of shipments
72 hours for the islands

Where do the products come from?
We are direct importers, we source directly from the major producers in South America, all items are made to order, for this reason each product can be completely customized or made to measure.
Once it arrives at our headquarters, the product is checked, tested and then shipped to the customer.

How does the Cash on Delivery work?
We offer the cash on delivery service exclusively in Italy, for orders over €20
The cost of managing the cash on delivery is:
- €6 for orders up to €149
- over €149 it is not possible to request payment on delivery
What should I do if my item was shipped to the wrong address?
You can change the shipping address until your order is marked as "fulfilled".
Once the order has been shipped it is no longer possible to change the address
We recommend that you contact your post office with your shipping tracking number to see if it is possible to divert your order to another address.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
When to ask for a refund?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can send it back to us as you received it and once received we will immediately issue a refund.
If you do not receive your item within the terms established during the purchase, contact us, we will immediately issue a full refund of your order
The shipping cost for returns, exchanges or refunds is the responsibility of the buyer
How do I return a product?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To return an item, contact our Customer Service, at the bottom of the page you will find the "Contacts" button and then fill out the form specifying the details of your purchase as much as possible, we will respond within 24 hours
We remind you that at the moment the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
In case of cash on delivery payment, you will be reimbursed on the cost of the product, excluding cash on delivery management costs.
Can I change an item?
Of course, if you are not 100% satisfied with the item received or if you want to change size, no problem.

How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel some items, enter the Order History section
You have up to 8 hours from the time of purchase to cancel the items you no longer want to receive. For all items that have not been shipped or processed, the "Cancel Order" option will appear.
After clicking this option the order will be canceled and there will be no charge. If the order has already been processed it is not possible to cancel it
Where is my refund?
We refund immediately via the same payment method used during checkout
If you are still having trouble locating the refund to your account, we recommend contacting your bank or payment method for further assistance
Is it possible to issue a refund to a different card if mine is cancelled, lost, expired or stolen?
We can only refund the amount via the original payment method. We are unable to process refunds to different cards or accounts or to other payment methods.
If you have changed your card we recommend that you contact your card issuer for assistance with a refund.
I canceled an order. How will I receive the refund?
Depending on your payment method, the refund will be automatically transferred to your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially for credit cards, the original charge may disappear from your statement altogether and you won't see the refund on your account.

CUSTOMS TAXES - For shipments abroad (NOT ITALY)
In the event that the price of a single product or the same product purchased several times exceeds €70, it is important to know that it may be subject to customs duties. It is not Costumiss that manages customs charges, but the competent postal management inspectorate. , which carries out random checks on all shipments to and from the relevant foreign country.
What is a promotional code (Gift Card)? How does it work?
Promotional codes or gift cards allow you to save even more on your purchases. To redeem a promotional code, go to your cart and when you are ready to complete your order, click on the discount code field and type your code. When you click on 'Use' the cart will update with the discount. Please note that some promotional codes cannot be used together.
